Healing in a world that harms is radical work — and you don’t have to do it alone.

Queer, neurodivergent, and anti-oppressive therapy in Vermont, specializing in eating disorders, trauma, and body disconnection.

Hi! 👋 I’m Lizzie —

let’s do therapy differently.

You want to feel seen and understood, not just nodded at. I’m not the stoic type — I’m real, goofy, passionate, and curious, and I’ll challenge the hell out of you (with care).

Your brain has probably been running the show for years, and thinking your way into new feelings doesn’t work. We’ll challenge all of it — thoughts, feelings, and body patterns — to make real, digestible change you can actually feel.

Sound exciting? Scary? Maybe even a little fun?
I’m glad you’re here. Let’s get to work.

Here’s how I can help:

  • Therapy for Eating Disorders

Work one-on-one with me to reconnect with your body, heal patterns shaped by trauma, and build a more compassionate relationship with food and yourself.

  • Read rad stuff on the blog

Explore, normalize, and learn about body disconnection, eating disorders, that feeling of living from the neck up, and how we find our way through it all.

  • Learn more about what therapy looks like here

Got questions? The FAQ covers the practical stuff, what therapy looks like, how payment works, what to expect, and more. Start here if you’re curious about the details.

Care and connection for your healing path

This is a space for women and LGBTQIA+ folks in Vermont who feel disconnected from their bodies, are navigating trauma, or struggling with eating disorders.

You don’t have to be in therapy to begin healing. Sign up for grounding practices, honest reflections, and real talk about shame, embodiment, and care—plus occasional updates on therapy openings and workshops.

If therapy has ever felt like it didn’t see your queerness, your gender identity, or your lived experienceyou’re not alone. Healing is about way more than food or body image. It’s about you and the world you’re moving through.

In my blog post, I share why an affirming therapist matters, and how working with one can feel safer, more validating, and a whole lot less like you have to educate your own therapist.

You deserve support that fully gets it. Let’s talk about what healing can look like when your identity isn’t just included—it’s centered.

Why LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy For Eating Disorders Matters

how much are sessions?

Sessions are $200 for 50 minutes. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can see if it feels like a good fit

I’m a private pay therapist and don’t work directly with insurance. This allows us to focus on your needs, not what insurance dictates. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.
